The Crystal Clear Codec global patent portfolio is currently comprised of twelve patent families with 185 granted patents, 3 German registered utility models, and 15 pending patent applications . For each of the twelve patent families, the provided table identifies the granted patents for the United States, Europe (with German part identified in parenthesis), and China as well as any registered utility models in Germany. Links to these patents and registered utility models are provided within the table. The patents within the portfolio are essential to the practice of the EVS Standard. For each patent family, a link is also provided in the table to any relevant IPR Declaration made to ETSI. For each patent family, relevant sections of the EVS Standard are also identified.
